We arrived in Skopje around 9 p.m., and fortunately the apartment was not far from the bus station. It was a bit difficult to find, and when we finally located it, we still had to wait for the host to arrive and let us in. But once we got inside, the apartment was lovely, and we slept like a rock!
The next day, feeling well-rested and refreshed, we left our luggage at the bus station before heading out to explore the city. We had noticed that there was a street called 13 November, so of course Natalie had to take a photo in front of it. ☺️

We then walked along the Vardar River, where many of the attractions were located.

We also really enjoyed the Old Town; it was incredibly charming to wander through the streets, which were full of sidewalk restaurants and shops.

We eventually headed back to the bus station to take a bus on to Pristina. It was only a two-hour ride 🚍
